How long does the battery last?

7–10 days on a single charge.

Is Bydee a medical device?

No. Bydee is a wellness device and its insights are estimates for general fitness, not medical use.

What's the warranty?

Every Bydee comes with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Can I return or exchange my Bydee?

Yes — you can request an exchange within 5 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories. We currently don't offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, but eligible requests are processed as an exchange.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes 2–3 business days to metro cities and 3–5 business days elsewhere in India. Shipping is free across India.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video. We'll arrange a replacement after verification.
